📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Applicability

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, classes, subscriptions, programs, digital content, and other educational services offered by Edural Classes.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Edural Classes are final and non-refundable.

Once a student enrolls in a course, program, subscription, or educational service and the payment is successfully completed, the payment cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

By completing the payment and enrollment process, the student or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Course or subscription cancellations after successful payment are not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation of enrollment does not create any entitlement to a refund, credit, transfer, or replacement course.
• Failure to attend classes, watch lessons, complete assignments, or use the course does not qualify for a refund.
• A student may discontinue using the course or service at any time; however, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

4. Course Access & Digital Content

Payments for courses and digital educational services provide access according to the applicable course or subscription terms.

Once access has been provided, the payment remains non-refundable regardless of the extent to which the student uses or accesses the course content.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after enrollment.
• Failure to attend or participate in classes.
• Failure to complete or watch course content.
• Change in personal, academic, or other circumstances.
• Downloading, recording, copying, or distributing course materials.
• Promotional, discounted, scholarship, or special-price enrollments.
• Technical or device-related issues on the student's side.
• Any unused portion of a course or subscription.

6. Payment Issues

If an amount is debited from a customer's account but the enrollment or payment is not successfully completed due to a technical or payment-processing failure, the transaction may be subject to verification and applicable payment-gateway or banking procedures.

This does not constitute a general refund entitlement under this policy.
