📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all courses and subscription plans (online or offline) offered by Edural classes in tier‑3 and tier‑4 cities.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Free Trial / Preview Students: Cancel anytime before the course starts with no charge.
• New Registrations:
  • Cancel within 7 days of enrollment before accessing any paid content → 100% refund (minus ₹100 processing fee).
  • Cancel after 7 days but within 14 days or after accessing up to 25% of content → 50% refund.
  • No refunds after 14 days or accessing over 25% of the course content.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@eduralclasses.com with:

• Full name
• Registration ID or Course Name
• Date of enrollment
• Reason for refund

We'll acknowledge receipt within 2 working days.

4. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds processed within 14 business days via original payment method.
• Refund excludes ₹100 processing fee.
• Bank transfer available if original payment fails (bank details required).

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Accessing more than 25% content beyond 14 days.
• Failure to attend classes.
• Downloading, recording, or distributing materials.
• Promotional/discounted plans are final and non-refundable.

7. Support & Dispute Resolution

• Disputes handled by support team.
• Unresolved issues referred to local consumer forum in Bihar.
